Ensure every project is built and delivered on schedule in coordination with the Project Manager. At TriTex, we pair superintendents with the right PM to build lasting, successful teams. You are the field authority — responsible for subcontractor coordination, daily operations, safety compliance, and quality control from ground-breaking through turnover.

Design · Full-Time
Produce clean, concise architectural and structural drawings that meet TriTex standards. You will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Design and Engineering daily, translating project requirements and field conditions into precise, permit-ready construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.

Provide the support necessary to keep superintendents and Project Managers focused on delivering projects on time. This role is the backbone of the field office — managing schedules, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and vendor coordination. Most experienced outside PMs entering TriTex begin in this model.

This is the most important position at TriTex. You will meet clients on-site — regardless of project size — capture their vision, and bring it back to the design team for a conceptual drawing. You are expected to estimate, sell, and autonomously manage the project budget, reporting to ownership weekly. Every senior leadership role at TriTex requires this foundation.
